PostSubject: Greetings and salutations   Wed 09 Apr 2008, 8:43 pm

Good evening ladies and gents. I thought I'd come along here and introduce myself, having been a reader of the site now for quite a long time but never really 'gone interactive' with it so to speak.

I'm 24, male, from the Midlands. I've been interested in the supernatural from an early age. I've been interested in the supernatural since a very early age, but I've also been a very keen writer since an early age too, so the two interests have fed into each other on plentiful occaissions.

My main interests really are in the celtic mythology that our little Island has so much of. I went to Uni in Wales and picked up many fascinating tales from there that I didn't even know existed! Ghost lore fascinates me, as do sea legends. I've always found the sea most hypnotic and mysterious. Being from the Midlands I'm always keen on local lore and have built up quite a few book shelves on the subject over the years. I have an interest in urban legends too, particularly as we find that many of these are actually revisions of much, much older tales.

Looking forward to getting to know you all!
