Black Magic In Clapham and Sussex

Within the first few years of Mysterious Britain going online, Charles Walker was kind enough to submit at article called Black Magic In Clapham and Sussex, based upon the events that were published in the book Demonic Connection http://www.mysteriousbritain.co.uk/occult/clapham.html . I don't want this part of the forum to focus on so called Black Magic or become some sort of witch hunt, instead I would prefer actual practitioners to make good use of it, but I would like to hear readers thoughts on this article and any similar experiences they may have had.

I have read this article a few times now and I am not really sure what to make of it. It's quite scary if it's for real

Interesting article, mainly for the way the author went about investigating what was going on, keeping in touch with groups in the area with all sorts of interests. He does seem to jump to a few conclusions with little presented evidence (although he might have kep details out of the article to allow for further investigation). The find of the three roomed hide though is fascinating - I wonder why it was seen as the site of ritual events though? I'll have to read more about the area now, as the pet dissapearance angle and ufo reports is fascinating, in that the local paper and police don't seem to have done much follow up on the events.
