This image was sent into Mysteriousbritain a few years ago and is one of our favourites. What do you guys think? It was taken from a bedroom window and the garden was empty at the time. |

| Great photo, It looks like its wearing a breastplate. Maybe its a dead footsoldier burying its fallen comrades or digging up some hidden treasure. But my initial thought would be something reflecting off the glass thats inside the room maybe a painted lead figure or something. But not a television or computer screen as we would see that also. Was there any other info sent with it ?

| Hmmm... Someone been watching Evil Dead: Army of Darkness?
I'm not sure. It looks pretty cool, but it also looks suspiciously like one of the skeletons in that film, with the armour and pike/spade.
I never thought of the lead miniature. Good call. _________________ Seek for answers in the mundane, with hope for answers in the fantastic

| Your both right. It turned out, much to the relief of the person who took it to be reflection of a snooker trophy. This is a fantastic picture though |

| I'm glad you told us that Ian, I was wondering what the thing at the bottom right of the photo was. Its the statues bent arm with snooker cue poking out |

| haha, very good.
It still looks amazingly like a skeletal warrior though. I suppose that's simulacra, or pareoidela (sp!?) for you, eh?
If you look almost dead centre, you see what looks a bit like the frontend of an artic. lorry _________________ Seek for answers in the mundane, with hope for answers in the fantastic

| That's must have been pretty frightening for the person who took it!
I have to say, I guessed it was probably a reflection of something.. it just looked a little too real to me.
Fab photo though. _________________ Paranormal Chat & Articles: The Ghost Database |

| | I believe she was rather scared by it and rightly so. It certainly confused me when I first saw it. Even the scale of the figure looks right. The reflection puts it just in the right place. No fraud involved, just a really cool accidental picture. |
