you cant even see the image enough to make out what it is...can anyone enlarge it at all ?

sorry i had to laugh at the council comment,they dont deal with ghosts but advise...PMSL..i was told to go find a priest (how original) by one woman from our local office

Oddly enough another image was caught on a mobile phone only the otherday in the London Evening Standard, seems to be catching on mobile phones all of a sudden!! affraid
