Northern England LocationsMake-A-Wish, in association with The Fright Nights Team, invites you to take part in the UK’s first-ever competition to find the UK’s Most Haunted Location. The best bit is that, at the same time as being frightened out of your wits, you will also be raising money for some very deserving children!
For ONE NIGHT ONLY, 14 allegedly haunted locations across the UK will be taking part in this unique and truly hair-raising event. Each attendee will join with experienced mediums and clairvoyants along with the opportunity to use authentic ghost hunting and psychic equipment. Information on haunting activity from each site will be collated to identify the UK’s most haunted venue.
The chosen locations for Northern England are:
•
Bolling Hall, Bradford – Dating back to the 1500s, home to the mysterious man in the Blue Room
•
Ordsall Hall, Salford – Over 800 years of history with the spirit of Lady in White roaming the Hall
•
Stanley Palace, Chester – Labeled as the most haunted house in Chester.
To take part in the UK’s first ever ‘Great British Ghost Hunt’, please fill in the attached entry form enclosing your non-refundable registration fee of £20 (cheques made payable to Make-A-Wish Foundation UK). All we ask is that you pledge to raise a minimum of £100, either through sponsorship or by paying all or part of it yourself. Places are limited and will go fast so, to ensure your place, please return your registration form as quickly as possible to: Make-A-Wish, Tower House Business Centre, Fishergate, York YO10 4UA
The money you raise will be used to grant magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses. Whether it’s being a Princess or a Policeman for the day, meeting a famous celebrity or owning a quad bike – Make-A-Wish will turn that child’s wish into a magical reality.
